cold weather, excellent place located close to downtown dallas, it is a very unassuming quaint looking home and then you walk in and bam it's a paradise, perfect place to stay for familys very comfortable stay, it was super hot that week and the air conditioner didn't cool the master bedroom very well, great living room for gathering and large kitchen space for eating, the heated pool was perfect for the kids even in our colder than usual weather visit, great communication with host for a great time in a clean and spacious property, house was immaculately clean sofa's & beds very comfortable & showers/baths just beautiful, clean spacious and beautiful home couldnt have asked for a better stay during our week with a large group, however the hosts were very responsive to my heated pool spacious common areas and the fun decor, heated pool and spa worked great for a november stay, provided by amazing amenities and a gorgeous backyard with a 9 ft deep pool with a spa, amazing place to stay for a few days everything was clean and easy to use, extremely spacious very cozy clean and most importantly its in the perfect location, blake was extremely helpful and responsive this place is clean and ready, lovely home inside and out host was quick to reply to anything, the host was very responsive and accommodating, blake answered all of my questions before booking and after (quick responses) he was extremely helpful and nice, great location and felt safe when walking the neighborhood, location is good and close enough to highways to get everywhere else you need to in dfw, location was great and house was very nice and comfortable, modern, cosy mansion with private pool and hot tub, the house was extremely clean and very welcoming, woke up and cooked breakfast in the nice kitchen and the host was super attentive to our needs, the owner was great when we arrived and we had absolutely nothing to do other then have fun, we grilled one night on his gas grill and that was so much fun by the pool, great place spacious we hosted 15 women and it was plenty of room perfect for our retreat, ) the bonus room was perfect as the guys hangout, great space and enough room for a large group, the pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it, the house was clean and bruce was easy to communicate with, bruce was an excellent host and was extremely responsive to questions and concerns, bruce and his lovely wife penny were very accommodating and tended to any deficiencies promptly, bruce was super responsive and attended to all questions that came up throughout the weekend, awesome the location feels fairly private but is conveniently close to groceries and restaurants, everyone loved it great location and the pool was a big hit, the space was beautiful and definitely close to all the attractions in the area, we had our wedding at this home with our close family and friends, clean mansion with cinema room and heated pool, very comfortable bedrooms and lots of space for dining and relaxing, supplies were also readily on hand (plenty of trash bags recycle bags paper towels and toilet paper), besides the hot tub and pool not on everything else was perfect, great to have the media room for movies and the pool was a big win with our group, we had lots of fun spending most of our time in the pool, it was clean comfortable and the pool was awesome, nice and clean house to get away for a few days, we enjoyed the stay and the palace was nice and clean, great home in a good neighborhood with a great host, its was a beautiful house and location, just as the pictures look great location real roomy, the host was awesome at communicating with us and checking us in, i cant thank the hosts enough for their flexibility and to communicate with us, the check-in with jason was very detailed and informative great hospitality, these are the best host ive had super friendly and great communication, lavish family-friendly
